Role / Responsibilities

• Understand business process and business functional requirements and translate them to specific tangible software requirements.
• Clearly document the functional requirements and functional design flow.
• Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives / stakeholders that user stories and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
• Effectively communicate with on and off-shore teams to deliver functional requirements including GUI, screen and interface designs.
• Create user stories and associate them with JIRA tasks broken down to facilitate easy tracking assignment and development.
• Effectively manage trade-offs between schedules versus customer benefits
• Translates complex analytical and technical concepts to non-technical employees to enable understanding and drive informed business decisions.
• Monitor the status of development and provide guidance on any questions / issues and troubleshoot requirements related bottlenecks.
• Conduct business-level verification and testing of new features
• Be a go-to person and subject matter expert for the product sprint that you lead
• Closely manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.

Desired Qualifications / Skills

• 3-5 years of experience working in mobile product development with at least 2+ years of experience in Product Management / Business Analysis in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Proven ability to translate the underlying business needs / requirements into actionable items.
• Problem solving skills: The ability to foresee issues early on and take steps to mitigate the risk
• Experience with managing AGILE development methodology and inspire the team to follow best Scrum practices.

• Establish as the QA SME for nuVizz products.
• Participate and drive QA /UAT activities prior to product release to customer.
• Participate to identify issues and enhance the product with customer oriented functional designs and interact with Product Management and R&D teams of the organization.
• Develop good working knowledge of SQL.
• Assist in setting up good QA practices for QA process for sprints, tools usage and management, QA- Dev team interactions and responsibilities, Team mentoring etc.
• Adapt to Agile -Scrum methodology.

Desired Qualifications / Skills

• Strong experience in Android and iOS application testing and system testing.
• Strong experience in Web Application Testing.
• Should have hands testing on Native apps.
• Capability to design test cases and test plans.
• Should be good at creating test suits and test reporting.
• Knowledge and exposure in Feature, Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Performance, Stability, Monkey testing.
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
• Reproduction and verification of bugs, preparing bug report and tracking them to closure.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements.
• Should have ability to handle Agile (Scrum) and dynamic release cycles with continuous testing and release management.
• Should be good experience in Database Testing, Selenium WebDriver, Android Driver.

Role / Responsibilities

• Manage and execute individual lead generation strategies
• Qualify leads and prospect deals to increase sales pipeline

Desired Qualifications / Skills

• Proven track record of building and maintaining a pipeline of deals, and hitting established monthly sales targets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role, selling software to either retail, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, e-commerce, or transportation companies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Transportation/Logistics Industry.
• Passion for building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Stand-out communication skills; clearly explain ideas to different people with different viewpoints.
• A bias towards action and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and constantly changing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and Support customer issues
• Onboard new customers onto nuVizz platform based on the product(s) they sign up for
• Involve in UAT activities for the products/ Product features
• Evangelize and provide training on product features to customers
• Perform customer demos for current and prospective customers
• Cross-sell / Up-sell new and existing features to existing customers and prospects
