("nuVizz," "we," "us,” or “our”) may collect from you or that you may provide through our publicly available website (“Website”), our software platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”), and on behalf of our business customers using electronic communications related to the Services. This policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

This policy only applies to information collected through the Website, our Services and from electronic messages between you and the Services. This policy does not apply to information collected by: (i) us offline or through unrelated channels, including through any other application operated by nuVizz or any third party; or (ii) any third-party websites (including our affiliates), applications, content, or services not controlled by nuVizz , including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Website.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. You may voluntarily decline tracking cookies from our website.

SMS / Text Messaging

nuVizz, Inc. ("nuVizz") operates a software-as-a-service logistics and delivery management platform. As a technology provider, nuVizz enables its business customers to send SMS text messages through the platform to their own employees, contracted carriers and drivers, and end users (collectively, "Recipients").

nuVizz does not directly solicit, collect, or manage opt-in consent from Recipients. Responsibility for obtaining all necessary consents, permissions, and authorizations from Recipients — in compliance with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any relevant state regulations — rests solely with the nuVizz Customer who configures and initiates the messaging.

Types of messages delivered through the platform include operational notifications such as delivery job assignments, route updates, stop notifications, estimated arrival alerts, and account or password-related communications. All such messages are configured and controlled by the Customer or by nuVizz on behalf of and as directed by the Customer.

Opt-out: Any Recipient who no longer wishes to receive SMS messages delivered through the nuVizz platform may reply STOP to any message. nuVizz will honor all opt-out requests at the platform level. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or contact nuVizz at info@nuvizz.com or 404.937.1971.

Mobile information processed through the nuVizz platform is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records held by nuVizz Customers are not shared with nuVizz for any purpose beyond message delivery. nuVizz does not use Recipient phone numbers for any purpose other than delivering messages on behalf of the Customer who initiated them.

Information Collected

Several types of information from and about users are collected, including:

  • Personal Information: Information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an individual, including:

    - postal address;
    - account credentials; and
    - other identifiers voluntarily submitted through the Services

Phone numbers and contact information belonging to Recipients of SMS messages sent through the platform are processed solely on behalf of nuVizz's business customers and are not collected by nuVizz for its own purposes.

Note: Notwithstanding the foregoing, mobile information collected through the nuVizz platform — including SMS opt-in data and consent — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data sharing described in this section.
